“The suites are outdated and nothing like the photos, dirty and stained carpet, warn out and damaged furniture, leaky and calcium buildup in the showers, shower curtains haven’t been cleaned in months to the point they have turned black ad red at the bottoms. The room I stayed in was an old conference room with double doors converted into an extremely large hotel room.. the pictures are definitely not current.”

“Breakfast offered was all carbs, very little protein, nothing of quality. Room overlooked parking lot, photo of room when booked online showed private balcony -ocean view. Room was fairly clean, fridge was not clean, bathroom was not very clean ”

“I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! I would definitely stay again but if I were staying multiple days I'd get a bigger room. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and welcoming! The air conditioner worked very well and the water……

“We have stayed here several times. Staff is exceptional! Rooms could use some minor improvements, but they are clean and well stocked. The common area is fabulous for visiting. Breakfast area has variety of fresh, packaged and hot food items.”
