“Oikein ystävällinen palvelu. Sain merinäköalan ja oman terassin. Hissiä ei ole ylempään kerrokseen mutta ei haitannut. Aamupalan saa pyydettäessä ja se on hyvä ja riittävä. Huone siistitin joka päivä. Kaikkiaan suositeltava pieni hotelli vanhassa kaupungissa hiljaisella kadulla. Kaikki lähellä mm. hyviä ruokapaikkoja.”

“The hotel was in a great location. The Car park beside, was very busy, so be mindful if you have a car to park. Bring Cash, as the systems were down. Hotel was very clean, beds were good.”

“The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming. We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were superb. A young Manager in Le Bistro was very engaging and welcoming, and the food……
