“房間整潔，但溶室抽氣壞了，廚房抽油煙機無燈。 Check-in instruction 按密碼，但畫面是黑色，先要隨手輕觸才有數字，應提醒住客。 加上instruction 比較亂，須時了解閱讀。 雖然有隔音窗但對街比較嘈，樓下超級搬貨，亦對馬路好多車經過。 ”

“Very nice location, just a few minutes walk to nearby Christmas market and old town square. It’s actually of walking distances to other attractions like the Charles bridge. It is also just next to the underground train. Overall, nice stay and highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Boutique Apartments in Prague. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city. The host was exceptionally helpful. When there was a small mix-up with the apartment, they handled it promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to make things right. The apartment itself was clean, nice and spacious and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return.”

“Room was excellent, finding the desk at another location was unexpected, wouldn't have happened without directions from another guest. Desk staff was incompetent with English language, had to ask three times to get questions responded to correctly, overall would recommend bc location and incredible breakfast selections”

“Although the check-in place looked a bit doggy, the actual apartment was amazing! It was very spacious and well-decore, takes only 5 mins walk to the center of old town plaza, which is all the food and fun located. Has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. Although there was only 3 of us, the apartment we got can easily contain at least 10ppl, lucky us :D we had a great time there thanks to the old town apartment :)”

“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”
