「We stayed at this lovely condo in the Highland Park area of Birmingham. Our granddaughter is a student/athlete at UAB and this location was very handy. The unit was clean, well equipped and very cozy for four travelers. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「The amenities in this property were amazing ! The price was well worth it ! Would even considering booking long term stays here! Every this we needed was there …. And security was not an issues at all! I felt very safe. We came in late at night complex was very quiet and clean ! 」

「Reunion of friends and to attend weekend tournament was purpose of trip. Very comfortable accommodations and convenient for walking to restaurants, grocer and local small businesses. Shopping nearby for clothing, furniture and gifts for all ages. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property for our party of 4.」

「We stayed for a quick overnight stay when in town for a concert. The decor was adorable and very well done. The location was convenient to the venue and restaurants. There are definitely the sounds of the city at all hours but they include sound machines which were a nice touch. The noises are expected when staying in a city. Overall a great experience and a perfect place to stay in the area. 」

「The property is great, the owner was great. The only issue was that the place smelled very strongly of marijuana the entire visit. Owner did all he could do but nothing cleared the smell. There is a smoke shop below the unit and that’s the only explanation we could come up with. All amenities were as listed and the unit is is really great shape. 」

「Condo, service and location were excellent. Just an outstanding experience on VRBO. Can’t see how the downtown hotels can compete with this property. Stayed in a nice hotel in area last year. Nice but didn’t compare. 」

「The property had lots of amenities, ample space for the family to relax & enjoy time together. The scenery was gorgeous well situated on Buck Creek. The train tracks are close by though and you should be prepared that you will hear it throughout the night but ear plugs were provided and our kids enjoyed it. The spa was clean and warm with cooler temps we really appreciated that detail. 」

「The only issue was a glitch at checking-in, which was quickly remedied with a quick call. The facilities were comfortable and much better than I have had at other places. What a relief to have such a place to stay after a long trip! Next time, I will plan to have a longer stay so to explore more of the surrounding local area. 」
