「I thought I was in heaven!!!」

「Everything was excellent! Early in AM on the way to a great breakfast, we asked room attendant to check our TV and the safety strips in the bathtub. Both of theses were done by the the time we finished breakfast! So clean Our conference room was well prepared for us. I was with a quilting group. I appreciated the lil notes left by our room attendants.」

「I don't think I have ever written a bad review. 1. Check in was busy, I don't understand if they know it is going to be busy, why a second person couldn't have been at the front desk. 2. I do not know if it was because I booked through Expedia or what we were given a room so far away from elevator, ice machine. and pool with children. 3.. Overall amenities were fine, loved the dispenses for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. The handle for getting in and out of tub/shower was...

「The property could have been taken care of a little better, lots of weeds in the flower beds in the parking lot. The pool was out of service every day of my stay except Saturday and it was ice cold. The black out curtains in my room had many holes and could have been replaced. The hotel was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and kept stocked.」

「Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff.」

「Staff issue with women Gail but other then her Misinformation, miscommunication, & unprofessionalism which made me and my family very uncomfortable but other then that we enjoyed our stay Nice continental breakfast」

「Disappointed that not all amenities were available yet staff was unwilling to offer solutions or discount for inconveniences due to poor upkeep. No WiFi the whole stay and elevators were out of service but my family was placed on the second floor. Room experience was satisfactory, other than being woken up at 2am to someone trying to enter the wrong room.」
