"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."

"Parking was a pain as there was no lift connection to the hotel/parking levels when leaving. Nowhere to eat within walking distance had to order uber eats"

"Lovely hotel and a very enjoyable stay. The location of Crowne Plaza Melbourne is excellent, with easy access to the riverfront, restaurants, public transport, and key Melbourne attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and efficient service. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again."
