“The hotel room is large and clean, with a microwave and small pantry and cutlery. However the bathtub is a bit small comparatively. The hair dryer needs to be requested from the office but the opening hour is until 10pm so it will be a bit troublesome if you arrive later than that. Also you may be hearing noises from nearby rooms so consider if you are sensitive to noises during your sleep.”

“The setting is spectacular but the service is beyond terrible. We were forced to climb stairs because the elevator was out of service. No pre-warning and one of us with low mobility challenges would have had real troubles if we were on the 3rd or 4th floor. We were on the 2nd. TV wasn't working properly and nobody available to help. Facing the mountains but had 2 different styles of music blarring into our room. Beds were adequate but not great. But location amazing!”
