“Sometimes you are decieved by Picture. From inside apartment is OK for 1-2 night, grocerry shop is diagonally opposite as well as tram stop is adjacent to it. Biggest NO is location - This is ground floor single room house located on the main road crossing. Seems like you are sleeping below traffic light. May be OK for Single traveller if there is NO other option. ”

“A lot of noise from road and trams, windows are old and has no resistance for noise. There is no wi-fi and soap for hand washing. If you stay here take care these details.”

“At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens……

“Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation……

Die Dusche war defekt und undicht – Duschen unmöglich. Küche verdreckt, Wasserkocher voller Kalk, Ofen innen stark verschmutzt, Kühlschrank vereist und unbenutzbar. Für fünf Personen nur zwei Handtücher und kaum Toilettenpapier! Das Bett staubig, Kopfteil seit Ewigkeiten nicht gereinigt. Baustelle direkt……

“Man bekommt einen kleinen Raum Straßenseite. Lärm von der Straße ist massiv. Lärm im Haus über durchschnittlich. Es ist wirklich nur zum Schlafen aber das ist mit so einem lauten Standort eher unmöglich oder ermüdend. Man teilt eine kleine Dusche und Toilette mit maximal 12 Leute”

“This place is not great. The building is very dirty. First the floors in the apartment are filthy. There is no WiFi in 2026. There are no hand towels or bath mat for the bathroom. There are no kitchen towels (paper or cloth). There is a washing machine which works pretty well but no clothes line or drying rack. The pillows were horrific. There was one spoon in the apartment. The dish soap and bathroom soap had drops of soap liquid with 95% water. It’s just not adequately equipped to host anyone.”

“The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. ”

“I was unable to stay. I got there about 9:30 pm. The door closed, nobody answer the interphone, total darkness, the windows of the building covered with newspaper and others with clothes. The building looked abandoned. The phone given was of a Restaurant pizzeria, with a recording. Total fiasco. I will try to get my money back in. This hotel seems like a scam. Don't reserve there.”
