You will stay in a bright and practical 2-room apartment of 55 square meters, located on the 2nd floor with a south-east facing position. The apartment features sloping ceilings in some areas. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a sliding door leading to a double sofabed (160 cm), a dining table, satellite TV, radio, and a CD player. This room also provides access to the balcony. Additionally, there is a separate room with a french bed (160 cm).

Amenities Included
The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property offers a shower/WC combo, gas heating, and parquet floors throughout. Outside, you can enjoy a balcony, terrace, small lawn area, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and 4 deck chairs. The apartment boasts a beautiful panoramic view of the lake.

Grandiose Aussicht auf den See

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber Wohnung mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet Kein Luxus, sondern sehr zweckmäßig. Ist aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Aussicht von Balkon und Gartenbereich auf den See grandios. Nur 10 min. Zu Fuß zum Kiesstrand.
