“We stayed here for 3 nights to escape the heat of Budapest, the resort is beautiful and well looked after. There is very little we could fault, the only exceptions was a rude man working at the spa who made us feel like we were interrupting his peace, and the automatic 15% service charge added whenever ordering anything from the spa. We asked for an icecream which they took from a freeze in the back room and yes 15% service charge added. The food was lovely for breakfast, and the dinner was good……

“hotel is around 25 minutes to city centre by metro line 3. However, part of metro line 3 was under construction during my stay.
I have to take replacement bus which take more time to and from the city center. I booked double room for 4 nights. only 4 tea bags were provided on first day and no refill even though I asked for it.
A shopping mall with supermarket at metro station. about 30 minutes to airport by bus”
