"Commute to the airport was super short, and the room and property were great."

"Hotel was nice but for the same price as the Omni which is next door there is no comparison. I had booked a room with a single king size bed and paid for early check in. When we arrived room was not available. Had to settle for on with smaller bed which was not ideal. Parking garage is poorly marked as to where to go when you first arrive. We had no idea where the elevators were or how to get to the lobby, had to walk all the way down to the street with our bags. All of the staff were great with exception of the bar tender. He wasn’t very friendly and seemed disinterested about being there. Overall the hotel was nice be we will be choosing the Omni again for our next Nashville trip. "

"Great location 8 blocks to downtown but property is sketchy. Room smelled like an ashtray. Beds comfortable . Room on first floor. Garbage outside. People walking and talking by room up until 3 am"

"Staff was great and very helpful but the room had paper thin walls so we were up all night from the noise. There’s a music bar right behind the property and we could hear the neighbors all talking through the night. Breakfast was also really bad. Eggs were good but the orange juice was sour and sausage was like eating cardboard."
