"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

"일단 객실이 넓어 좋았어요. 욕조도 있고요. (욕조수압은 약. 세면대는 강)여름이었으면 베란다에서 바다보며 커피 마시며 쉬면 좋을 듯 합니다. 그런데 겨울이라 난방을 하는데 침대 협탁 쪽에 있는 조절기? 에서 온도가 변할 때마다 알람이 울렸어요. 무시할수 없게 아주 날카로운 기계음이라 너무너무불편했어요. 프론트에 문의해서 결국 전원을 완전히 빼고 자야했어요. (많이 춥지 않아 끄고 자는게 가능) 고쳐지지 않는다면 다시 가고 싶지 않아요. 호텔에서는 꼭 수리하시고, 수리해서 소음발생하지 않다고 댓글 올려주시길. "
