「Clean and comfy. We stayed in a family room. Some discrepancies between what we booked on Expedia and what was sent through to the hotel, but was sorted by email and phone call in advance. Warm welcome and THE most amazing dairy free, gluten free complimentary brownies I've ever tasted. The room was lovely and just what we needed for a one night stop to break up a longer journey. 「Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Room had everything we needed, including a very comfy bed but was cold, even whilst we had both heaters on, and the bathroom was even colder. Also couldn't get any hot water from the basin tap. Food good, especially the breakfast.」
