"The room was very clean and we checked in with the kiosk with no problem. The one thing I would highly suggest is adding recessed lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. The room is very outdated. I went with my best friend for the Rufus du sol concert and we both had to share the light mirror in the bedroom which was inconvenient, She could’ve had her own space in the bathroom but it was extremely dark in there. Also, adding a fridge would be ideal."

"I booked my trip through a third party vender. In doing so I experienced some issues with my name being added as my username. Had I not called to check two days prior the hotel told me if I had came they would have turned me away for name not matching government ID. I explained how embarrassing this was and everything I had to go through to swap in time and they didn’t seem to care. I told them this was a surprise stay and they made no accommodation for their error and not reaching out. At my Hotel my stay was very very nice I would definitely go back I just wouldn’t use Expedia as vender."

"Just got home from my two night stay here in AC. Had a great time and hotel was perfect for my needs. Right next to the Tropicana and one or two block walking distance to 711, bodegas, Chinese food, pizza, liquor store, Dunkin', Walgreens and everything else you could need. Best part is it's right on the Boardwalk so you're a stone's throw away from the Beach! Thank you, Coastal Inn!"
