"I hadn't heard from the owner/manager prior to the day of our vacation and I thought they were being very careful about giving out a code or key location to check-in. I continued to monitor my emails for check-in instructions but nothing came. Finally I called and inquired and someone said they would get back to me. Then I got a notification that our reservation was cancelled, literally one hour before check-in. They said the previous renter did damage they had to repair but we got no heads up...

"-No hand towels-Dirty sponge in kitchen-No microwave (wires where microwave used to be), but on-line pic had a microwave -Broken hand towel rack in upstairs bathroom - no hand towel rack in downstairs bathroom-no door on downstairs bedroom-bed broken in downstairs bedroom-construction not finished in places-no dressers in bedrooms (2 rooms had a nightstand, 2 had nothing)-1 hook in each bathroom, but nowhere else to hang things up-deadbolt doesn’t line up on back door-keypad not working b/c...
