“The bathtub did not appear clean and was not safe (no gripping material in tub to prevent slipping and falling). Also poor water pressure in shower. Housekeeping was good.Very noisy late at night, kids running up and down the steps and in hallway and in and out the exit door (my room was underneath the staircase and near the exit door). Also people in room above mine very noisy, running around, dropping things on the floor all hours of the day and night. Traffic screaming down the road late at……

“Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around.”

“The staff is wonderful! We had a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding reserved. After the wedding a big group of us met in the lounge area to continue the party. The young woman who was at the desk that night, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, made chocolate chip cookies for us! So sweet! Nicest bunch of employees!!!”
