The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was relaxing. The Host goes above and beyond to help us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. "My husband and I work long hours and then work around the house, yard, and garden on the weekend. Sometimes we just need to get away, this cute cottage was the perfect place to forget about our jobs and responsibilities that everyday life brings! The cottage was well stocked with amenities, we didn’t have to go to the grocery store for anything! Snacks were provided! Enjoyed feeding the deer, with the corn the owners provided for us. Great weekend!"

"Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! Everyone is already asking to do it again next year. Thank you, John and Becky!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Grist Mill Cabin. Two things I would say. The steps are hard to navigate without a rail and the bathtub was hard to get in. We are both over 65 so in case you’re a senior citizen you might think about that. When we arrived on Monday around 6 PM we had to drive around the parking lot 3 times to find a parking place because Me. Gatti’s Pizza was busy."
