I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing.

The only problem was I did not get the room I paid for through Expedia. So some of my family had to sleep on floor. Hotel says it’s Expedia fault.

we checked in to our room about 8 pm I booked a suite with 2 kings beds and a pull out I was put in a room with a king bed and pull out we had 5 people the staff told us they were over booked and someone already took our room, then we went to our room it was dirty pee in the toilet bed not made dirty towels just gross they moved us to another room it was half way cleaned I was just so grossed out will never stay here again

Very nice property and good omelets. Clean place just disappointed with stains on the carpet on the third floor hallway. Very nice hotel though. I would definitely stay there again.

I had to change rooms 3 times. The first two rooms the television did not work. The staff never checked the rooms to see if the television worked in the 2 room given. The third room was fine but was awaken by staff entering at 1:15am.

I liked the location, and the surroundings. I also liked the little lady who worked in the breakfast area. She was so sweet and helpful. She was constantly busy taking care of her guests.

I was made to wait over 2 hours after the designated check in time. Came back and asked to wait more for another hour. Room was filthy because had not been properly. Soda spilled in refrigerator. Bathroom had not be cleaned to even moderate standard. Horrible and Terrible experience! Chief Kent
