“Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. ”

“Great staff, especially Roman and Lucy at Reception. They were so welcoming and offered great tips for dining and parking around Chamonix during UMTB week. I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a car since it’s a little off the beaten path, but it was a great home base for our trip. ”

“Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather……

Ob komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile oder Waschmaschine- alles wurde perfekt ausgestattet. Sobald dort alles fertig ist- Bar etc. wird es sicherlich noch schöner! ”

“I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Everyone is smiling when greeting you and eager to help. A special mention to the ever present and friendly Guiseppe at the front door! What a welcome every day ! ”

“The hotel, whilst it looks fine from the entrance, is tired and in need of significant investment. The location is fantastic. Best part. We had a superior room with a fabulous direct view of Monte Bianco. Bathroom is old, dirty pointing around the bath, fittings at least 20 years old, broken dirty fan, etc. And they don’t make the beds properly-no duvet cover-just a duvet sandwiched between two sheets which turns into a twisted mess by morning. Breakfast was ordinary-lots of pastries, limited……
