“Clean room. The desk clerk was helpful. Check in was easy. But the communication to property management was terrible. I sent several emails and messages on the Expedia site and never got a response. The hot water went out for over a week and had to take cold showers. It’s still not fixed up to par. And still no response from management. ”

“La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si……
