「The front desk service is very good and very sweet」

「Everything was perfect, the hotel, the rooms, the parking lot, I've defiantly come back the next time I come to Denver」

「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said...

「The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms are too! The bed and bedding were very comfortable, the shower/bathroom was incredible, and the hotel had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A key card is required to access the hallways to the rooms, making it feel very safe. I will definitely stay here again!」
