"Comfortable stay in room with sea view and small balcony - standing room only. Rooms are only serviced every third day, but supplies could be got from reception. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"The hotel is a beautiful old Victorian hotel. We stayed in an atrium room which overlooked a spectacular atrium. Everything was very clean and the breakfasts were great. We really enjoyed our stay. "A very pleasing stay the only downside was the 4 flight's of stairs to get to the room. The toilet seat was loose and a few things in the rooms needing improving like the kitchen lino that wasn't laid properly but above all a nice hotel with great views of Douglas Harbour."
