“We had an amazing time! Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented; the owners can't do enough for you! We could not fault this hotel, everything was as you would expect from a 4 star property. Our bedroom was spacious, lovely high power shower, ample space for your belongings and a cosy sofa ideal for watching TV. “Needed a hotel to stay in the Isle of Man for a re-union of colleagues that I used to work with. The aim was to ride all the narrow gauge trains and trams on the Island and do some walking. The Claremont was a really choice. I only had bed and breakfast; the breakfast's were really good as was my hotel room. No sea view but as I was out all day, it wasn't a problem. The cost was very competitive and even cheaper than some three star hotels!”

“A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor.
