「Great service! We have door card issues in 205. We think it is the mechanism on the door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk into town. Great dinner options in town: Vellika Indian restaurant and The Square (great seafood). Amazing sunrises at 4am too. Free and easy parking. Breakfast is included and it is OK. 」

「A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.」

「I enjoyed my stay here very quiet lovely bathroom plenty of hot water. Parking good. Close to promanard. 」

「The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good with different options. The hotel is a little bit far from the ferry pier, it takes about 25 mins to walk there. If you have luggage, you'd better call a taxi, the taxi fare is reasonable anyway. 」

「Staff were great, food great, rooms serviced every day and replenished. Very clean and Tidy. Room had a balcony that was indoors, a bit unique but very functional.」

「Warm welcome, enjoyed delicious breakfast and nice chat with owners each morning. Facilities in good condition and well maintained. Decorated intentionally making guests a home stay feel. Near bus stop and promenade, also walkable distance to main streets and dock. To nitpick, there’s creaky sound walking on the wooden floor.」
