Achei a minha estadia razoável, achei muito cara a diária para o serviço e conforto oferecidos. No quarto que me deram não tinha um espelho de corpo inteiro, estava indo para um casamento, muito chato se arrumar e não poder se ver. O quarto não tinha nenhum abajur ou qualquer luminária ao lado da cama, somente a luz do teto. Não tinha nenhum suporte ou banco para colocar a mala, tive que colocá-la no chão, a bancada do banheiro muito pequena mal cabia uma necessaire. Pedi pra trocar de quarto por causa da falta de espelho, melhorou um pouco, pois tinha espelho e luminárias ao lado da cama, mas a bancada do banheiro era igual, como também não tinha nenhum suporte para colocar a mala. Café da manhã bom, faltou variedades de frutas e yogurte com cereais. Esse hotel não pode ser considerado 4 estrelas.

Ponto de atenção CAFÉ DA MANHÃ

Quarto estava sem toalhas e com maçaneta do banheiro quebrada,limpeza dos forros de cama estava boa. Café da manhã com poucas opções, praticamente só bolo. Atendente do café com cara feia e grossa, perguntei de um molho de salsicha respondeu bem rude. Pelo quarto em geral e hotel hospedagem boa, mas precisa melhorar muito o café e atendentes do café.
