Major complaint was that the Air Conditioning was centrally controlled and off when it has already become quite warm. It is very frustrating to select a hotel based on it claiming to have A/C only to find out that it’s restricted from use."

"Lovely place to stay! Super central location for walking and the metro. Mattresses were hard, but that has been true for all the hotels in Portugal. The highlight was the pool sequence (included 1x per day) with the sensory shower, Turkish bath, sauna, and pool. My 13 yo son was crazy for it, but we all enjoyed."
