“The kitchen table and comfortable living area were perfect for our family gathering. We used most of what was offered in the well appointed kitchen. A little cold in the bunk bed area, but other than that, a fantastic stay!”

“Holiday House is awesome! The house, the location, the yard, everything- perfect for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. The house has nice, comfortable furnishings and beds, a kitchen stocked with all the dishes and cooking tools you need, a streaming TV and a separate one with a DVD player, just everything you could need! The location is great, too, right by a nice grocery store, close to restaurants and beaches in Stevensville, St. Joe, and other SWMI areas, and the street is nice and quiet. Owners……

“We went here for a quick weekend getaway and it was amazing. Far to much to enjoy in just a few days. The place is perfectly located between Bangor and South Haven, about 10 minutes from each. It is set back in the woods so you have great privacy and wonderful nature encounters (deer and a cardinal that said good morning to us every day at the window). The kids had a wonderful time. They played on the equipment, went for walks in the woods, they even played in the basement with the wonderful……

“We love the house and the back yard. The house was very clean and tidy and also adorable. Also, there were beach towels and beach chairs which was fantastic! We certainly used them on the beach. We were in town for a wedding and it was a very comfortable place for us to stay and easy access to where we needed to be.”

“We were able to enjoy an AMAZING long weekend in this home! A group of nine of us chose this as our base camp to go brewery/winery/distillery hopping. We ended up only visiting two breweries because we felt so at-home here. The farm-style dining table and the large, open living room allowed everyone to partake in the conversation. The kitchen was well-stocked enough to allow meal preparation for everyone, so we saved money by cooking instead of going out to restaurants every meal. We had a lot……

“Very nice property, though the second bathroom was a little small for 6 adults. Being able to rent the pontoon was a definite plus along with my in-laws being able to bring their dog! Very relaxing and peaceful, which we all needed. Would definitely stay again!”

“First off, the house is even nicer than in the photos. There are 5 full bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite to king bedrooms. The water is beautiful and clear and shallow for kids to swim in. Two refrigerators was super helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and pillows. A few little things need fixed around the house but nothing that really impacted the stay. I would suggest getting an outdoor dining table for the deck. The reason for deducting one star for our overall experience is……

“Separate areas up and down allow for plenty of space. Each has kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Clean and well kept.”

“Fabulous time. Many water accessories offered which made it very enjoyable for our kiddos. Bring your fishing poles!! One of my kiddos pulled out 28 fish just from the dock! Super quiet back on the channel. Kitchen fully stocked and very clean! Downsides : No washclothes for showers. Bring your own. No ladder to climb out of water onto dock. No chairs at firepit. NO DATA and very weak wifi. Other than the few downsides which are minor other than the wifi it is a fabulous house and location.……
