"Per reservation from hotels.com, we reserved a no smoking room. When we arrived to the property we were told that our room was smoking, and we had no choice if we wanted to stay. We were tired so we thought we would give the room a try. That was a mistake. We ended up going into the room and coming out of the room after 15 minutes. There is no way a non-smoker can stay in a smoking room. I was told that we had no recourse in getting our money back because we had to deal with hotels.com not the hotel itself. I even showed the clerk my reservation, and he did not care. All he had left was smoking rooms which means that he gave away all of the rooms before we got there with a reserved non-smoking room. This is unacceptable."

"Great host and property. After one night, I have booked another 6 nights. I am in Mayo for work and needed a relaxing place to stay. After testing motels in Mayo and Perry this place is my favorite. Quiet, well maintained, excellent host and the right price. Remote work-no problem your Internet connection is excellent. Thank you for the personal approach to your guests. This is a hidden GEM"

"Do not stay here we booked for 5 nights. Stayed for one and had to check out early due to finding bed bugs in our bed. We couldn’t not properly communicate with owners because limited English so was unable to even get a refund. It is very loud at night with kids running around because they also use the hotel as an apartment complex. "
