“The décor and atmosphere were great, and the room was very spacious and clean. I especially loved the shower. However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.”

“Maybe it was a mistake on my end. I booked the hotel through Expedia with my American Express credit card (I just left my card info. The payment was due at arrival). When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. Then I called American Express and made a dispute. Then the second charge came back. However, on the same day, my citi card was……

“tenia detallitos de descuido, por ejemplo la tostadora de pan ya debe cambiarse. Pero le doy 5 estrellas por que el hotel y servicio es muy bueno. El desayuno variado, en la fecha que fuimos hubo nevada y mantenian despejado el area de circulación. Lo volveria a elegir. Gracias por todo Homewood Downers Grove.”
