When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. Then I called American Express and made a dispute. Then the second charge came back. However, on the same day, my citi card was...

「tenia detallitos de descuido, por ejemplo la tostadora de pan ya debe cambiarse. Pero le doy 5 estrellas por que el hotel y servicio es muy bueno. El desayuno variado, en la fecha que fuimos hubo nevada y mantenian despejado el area de circulación. Lo volveria a elegir. Gracias por todo Homewood Downers Grove.」
