“Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established.”

“Very clean and simple soooo convenient for walking downtown area day or night ! The only thing I wished they had was water in the fridge but that’s so minor compared to how easy the stay was ! Oh and bigger towels 😂”

“The room was immaculate, and so were the property grounds. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace on the roof deck with our cocktails after our show, and the staff allowed us to relax and stay later than they needed to, which was appreciated. Our event was a block away, and there were TONS of choices for food and drink within walking distance. We also really loved hitting the JUMP urban community center down the street the following Saturday morning for live music, food trucks and the 5-story high……

“There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was……

“After we checked in, we went up to our room. I went to use the restroom, my husband tried to turn on air conditioner, the room was so hot! It would not turn on. We went downstairs to front desk, and the lady was rude about getting us a new room, and that I used the restroom. Next room was Okay with air, but wasn’t very clean. Food containers under the bed. Carpet was old and had an iron burn on it. Blue pain behind the toilet. Ironing board broke. Could not get good TV channels. The window was……

“The property was amazing inside was perfect.The only thing was the balcony and the furniture table were dirty needed to be clean, not a huge issue.But that's okay. Working out in the gym was perfect.The pool was absolutely beautiful.Being by the greenbelt was another awesome perk.”
