“The Antlers is an old hotel. Many areas need updating. The room was clean and comfortable, just dated. The hallways needed work...dark. The staff was great and the restaurant was good for breakfast( which was the only meal we ate there) The location was in downtown and in a depressed area ( homeless). Easy access to the freeway and beyond and parking was below the hotel. Next time in Colorado Springs, I'll take a pass staying there again, not for any particular reason, just dated.”

“First, the quality and customer-focus of the staff was terrific. When I checked in, Nathalie was very efficient and attentive, despite having to simultaneously deal with a trying customer on the phone. Elijah, also at the front desk, was very good. When I asked a third front desk person (don’t recall her name, but she had red frizzy hair) about the lack of towels in the pool/jacuzzi area, she immediately went to get more towels (the fact that the towels were completely used and needed to be……

“There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.”

“I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.”
