「I normally would not leave a review, but I have to because of Moncie at the front desk. My in laws were traveling with us and they had an issue with their reservation. Moncie she took the time to figure out what went wrong, explain it clearly, and walk us through our options. She gave us practical advice on how to fix it and stayed calm, friendly, and professional the whole time. The room itself was also great. 「The room was spacious and spotless! The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful.
