"When I walked in the room smelled so strongly of cigarettes I couldn’t breathe, there was bugs, the soap laid out was clearly used, most the lights didn’t work, the blinds didn’t shut, the door didn’t lock fully, and the bed had clearly not been washed, but the front staff nice. "
