Downtown Kansas City Pet-friendly Hotel

"the front desk and valet parking employees were EXCELLENT. However the employees who help prepare breakfast were not friendly at all, I would say down right rude. I ask a couple of questions about condiments and drinks, neither lady answered, but just pointed for me in another direction. A smile can go a long way with a guess "

"Stayed in a large corner room, on the 17th floor. Fabulous views. The hotel complex is lovely. Quiet room. "

"The hotel was nice, the restaurant is good, a bit pricey but good food. The wifi only allows 2 connections and then is extra money per day, also parking is $25/day per vehicle, so those are downsides."

"The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable in size for the two of us. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate but without any hot offerings. The hotel downtown location was close to the places we wanted to see. We would likely stay here again. "
