“This hotel is terrible. The staff is rude and don't communicate with each other at all. One person says one thing and the other says another. My checkout was 11:00 and as I was sitting down waiting on my taxi they were banging on my door at 10:30 asking when I was leaving. I would not stay here again! Try the hotel next door I believe it's called "Holland" hotel? Do not book here! ”

“Upon arrival there was no-one to greet you or to find to help you! I took one look at the place I knew I wouldn't be staying there. It smelt of urine and was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even bother looking at my room.”

“We had an ocean view room with a balcony. It was wonderful to be able to sit out and see the ocean! The room could use some up dates but was very functional with a fridge, kettle, coffee maker. Breakfast was more than enough with many choices. We brought some of the food back to habe for snacks or lunch!! All staff were friendly and accommodating! Very busy area with lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“We stayed here four nights before catching a sailing ship. While not luxurious, this hotel was perfect for our needs. The decor was dated but everything in the room was clean. Sheets clean. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer but fine for short term. No hot water in the kitchen sink or bathroom sink but the hot water and water pressure in shower were wonderful. Daily maid service. Kitchenette had cups, plates, utensils. Bring your own coffee. We brought cone fillets but there were……

“Beach view and ocean view was great! Our room was 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Perfect amount of space for a mother/son trip. The front desk staff, especially Jesse was so lovely and looked out for us at every turn. Pelican Key is very convenient, you're in walking distance of a half-dozen restaurants, the casinos, bayside beach and carribean side beach (although its a bit rocky). ”
