"The room was nice and big. There was no lotion in the bathroom which I found surprising. Also, the pull out was not very comfortable, even though it is a pullout. "

"The hotel itself and staff were excellent. The room was large and well set up. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the shower/toilet were separate from the sinks so someone could shower while someone brushed teeth and hair. The neighborhood felt a bit scary even though there was a police station 500 feet away. But there were homeless about. But the price for what we got was great. It felt like a governor's hotel, not like a cheap motel at all. I would stay there again if in the area. A short...

"The staff at this property are top notch. From the valet staff, front desk staff, and restaurant staff the service is lovely. I'm not certain how often they conduct PMs on air systems etc. The only miss I noticed is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use attention. Beyond that everything else was great."

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
