「房間乾淨，床單每天都有更新。房間設備齊全，微波爐冰箱都有，暖氣也很溫暖，還有按摩浴缸可以使用。早餐普通，但整天都有供應咖啡與檸檬水。附近餐廳很多，還有一個有機商品店讓我買東西很方便。唯一的缺點是這段時間房價太貴了，是平常的三倍價錢，除此之外整體來講還是不錯的選擇。」

The actual critical thinking and empathetic humans at the Spokane Club (and Expedia for that matter) worked together to get me back in a room and work on a refund for my missed night. It’s been 4 years since I’ve written a review but I was so impressed and thankful and I feel like I have to let folks know about Spokane Club staff and management. 「Staff didn't know what was going to be offered for breakfast the next morning. No pets allowed in rooms, but homeless people with multiple dogs were allowed to camp out in the lobby for extended periods. Was advised not to use the underground parking because it isn't monitored. When I asked what that meant, I was told it would be best to park in the lot outside the front door. GM was occupying two spaces, but we were able to find a spot. We were advised not to leave the property after dark. But...
