「The apartment appears to be recently renovated. It is in excellent condition, everything works, and it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Even so, the kindness of the hosts made our stay great. They greeted us enthusiastically, and provided a map and excellent introduction to Bologna. A great deal of information about Bologna is provided, and it was very welcome. This is a place where we would stay again. The apartment is on the 3d floor. There is a small lift so we didnt need to carry luggage...

「Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und noch mehr, als ob man in eigenes Ferienhaus gekommen wäre. Die Küche mehr als genug ausgestattet. Wäsche und Küchentücher, Tischdecken u.s.w. reichlich vorhanden. Das Grundstück komplett umzäunt. Unserer kleiner Hund hat sich sehr voll gefüllt. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit falls was wäre und stets telefonisch erreichbar aber wir hatten keinen Grund sie zu bemühen....

「We loved the location of the apartment! It's a decent walk away from the touristy area of the Quadrilatero, and felt like we were truly living amongst the locals. Some things to note are that the space is pretty small compared to what we imagined from the images that were posted. The only space to completely unfold most small to medium sized suitcases is in the living room space just as you enter the room.」

「The getting of the keys was a bit of a challenge as we had arrived a bit earlier & were trying to get in earlier..the response from the property company was not helpful in getting early arrival entry until we were actually in Bologna. Over all cleanliness was a 5 however when we went to turn on the AC in the bedroom as it was not running, the top of armoire had a 1 inch layer of dust on the top. Not healthy to breath in at night.」

「We spent five days at this wonderful property. It is like living in an old world palace. Marble and wood floors, antique furniture, and a huge floorplan. The bedroom is very quiet, though the office space is a bit louder, given the square and cafes where students congregate. We enjoyed the street sounds at night; bring earplugs for the office area if you want complete silence.
