「Convenient parking, smooth check-in, and friendly front desk. The room was clean and had all the facilities you expect. Highly recommended」

「We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.」

「乾淨 舒適」

「Very well located. Less than ten minute walk to bus and light rail hub and a bit longer to Pacific Fair. 5 minutes to convenience store and good food options.」

「整體來說都很好，食店唔夠多」

We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.」

No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled. There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained. The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the...

「位置很方便，出门就有交通工具，不过要安排好时间。环境安静，楼下就是沙滩和海，真的很适合亲子度假。房间很干净，服务很热情，总之有很舒适的入住体验」

「Good views on high floor」
