「Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not」

「The staff were really nice,the amenities were perfect too.The location is really good for going around anywhere in the town.The only problem with my stay was that some kind of renovation was going on because of which there was a lot of noise outside my room.I let the receptionist know about it and he said he’s gonna look into it and let me know as I wasn’t able to sleep but he didn’t get back to me after that.Otherwise property wise It was really good and the staff were actually very nice too...

「Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. 」
