The home is older , but was clean and comfortable. We had to reach out to the owners for two small issues which were addressed very quickly. 」

「This property could have been amazing but it needed a lot of TLC. The cottage was mostly clean but there were a few issues for me. Some crumbs still on kitchen counter top, dirty front porch and you could tell light switches we not wiped down - they were dirty. The property grounds were disappointing as well. the rusty grill, the torn up lawn chairs.thrown around. Definitely needed work around the property.」

「We really enjoyed our recent long weekend at the Seagull property! It started with an airport pickup from Wisi, who also picked up our bags after checkout so that we could walk around before our flight. And then he came and met us where we were to run us to the airport-it was fantastic! The property is great, albeit a 10-20 min walk to some places. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel.」
