"Hotel was located in the heart of the restored old town Dresden, a wonderful location for exploring Dresden. The staff was excellent and super helpful. Can’t recommend this hotel more."
"The hotel is in a great location, central to the old town and both walking distance and on the tram route to the inner neustadt, which was really fun to visit. The train station was about a 20 minute walk away. Everything was clean and modern in a historic building. Breakfast was great, complete with complementary mimosas. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."
"The biggest highlight of this hotel is its location. It was within easy walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, plenty of dining options, and the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. That convenience is the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars.
The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. However, we didn't care for the room design. The shower and toilet were enclosed with frosted glass. While you couldn't actually see through it, it still felt like there was very little privacy, which made the layout uncomfortable for us.
Housekeeping could also be improved. During our stay, the shower soap wasn't refilled after the room was cleaned, which was an inconvenience.
Finally, I booked through Expedia and have status that included a hotel perk, but nothing was offered or acknowledged during our stay.
Overall, the excellent location outweighed the negatives, but there are a few service and design issues that kept this from being a 5-star experience."
