Visiting Dresden? Then this hotel is located within a few minutes walking distance from all the main Altstadt attractions. A great city, super friendly people, fantastic public transport. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay there longer.

Hotel in the middle of this city. This is the main reason I have chosen to stay. Clean, city view from my window. BUT I don't have towels in the room. Not, even one. Big question. There's no phone to call front desk. I was so tired that took a shower and put on my pajama on a wet body😂

No Door on Room with Shower? Odd.

Nice location, fair rate, but the family rooms had no door on the room with the shower - just a sliver of a pane of glass, so no one could shower privately. Very Odd!

We stayed in the suite which was huge and had a fantastic view of the Christmas Market. Breakfast buffet was lovely and there’s a wonderful cafe in the entrance of the hotel. Staff were patient and helpful.

This hotel was right on the main square so it’s convenient to everything. Lots of shops and plenty of dining. In addition to the shops, there is a huge indoor mall across the square! The room was amazing and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous location, in Altstadt, all sites walkable and public transportation is right across the street. Spacious room, plenty of closet and drawer space, nice bathroom. The heating-cooling control is a little difficult to figure out: you can only go 3 degrees Celsius cooler or warmer than the hotel’s preset, whatever that happens to be! Our room was cold upon arrival but had warmed up when we came back for the night. Definitely a minor issue, highly recommend the hotel.
