Superb accommodation, super clean and perfect location to sight see the surrounding area. Great hosts, everything you need for your stay. The good lady's highlight was watching the ducks and rabbits in the garden near the pond. Will hopefully be staying again in the near future

Enjoyed a second visit very much, just the place to recharge the batteries, quiet village setting with a beach a stone's throw away, all you could need by way of house hold amenities and the bed is probably the most comfortable I've slept on in a self catering cottage,Beverley and Hornsea a few short miles away well worth a visit and a decent wifi connection/speed which appears to be a must these days, looking forward to a third visit. Certainly can recommend the restaurant at the Granary Bistro Cafe for a special meal, only a short walk down the road. Would love to stay again, thank you Kristina and Roger for the welcome pack too.

I don't often do reviews but I have just read a review that Diane made (which I hadn't read before) and feel compelled to comment. Firstly, this is a beautifully converted cottage which is very comfortable and in a lovely location. Secondly, the cottage was very clean and there certainly were no bats or droppings on our visit. I cannot understand Diane's review at all. It is as if we went to a different cottage. I should point out that I have no connection with the owners who, incidentally, were very nice and friendly.

We had a lovely weekend stay here. The Old Coach House is perfect for a quiet relaxing stay in very pleasant surroundings. The cottage is extremely well looked after and is a pleasure to stay in. We recieved a very well stocked welcome pack, which was unexpected. We would have no hesiation in retruning here for another break. The cottage is a credit to the owners Roger and Kristina. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a relaxing break
