"Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Es fehlt an nichts , die Küche bietet alles, was man an Ausstattung benötigt (vom Eierkocher bis zur Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden). Der Vermieter wohnt gleich gegenüber und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sogar Holz vorbeigebracht, dass wir den gemütlichen Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer anheizen konnten. Für jeden Gast war ein flauschiges Handtuchset vorhanden. Als Willkommensgruß standen frische und lokale Äpfel und eine Flasche...

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Balje verbracht und das Ferienhaus bietet wirklich viel Platz - perfekt für die ganze Familien. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit großem Esstisch und einer riesigen Couch. Der Kamin hat an kühleren Abenden für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt, Holz war ausreichend vorhanden.Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – mit Pool, Sandkasten und einem gemauerten Grill, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben. "Tolle, große und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit fabelhaftem Panoramablick auf die Elbe. Der einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die undichte Spülmaschine, die aber wohl alsbald ersetzt wird. Von bzw zur Wohnung kommt man (falls keine Fahrräder zu Verfügung stehen) praktischerweise nur per KFZ, ab Stade bietet sich der ÖPNV an. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung des "Alten Lands". "

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von der sehr netten Vermieterin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - nah an Stade und Jork, auch Buxtehude ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine Verdunklung in den Schlafräumen wäre gut - es ist doch sehr hell, wenn im Sommer früh die Sonne aufgeht. "

"Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war für uns von der Größe ausreichend und die Lage unschlagbar, direkt in der Innenstadt. Es gibt 2 sehr steile, schmale Treppen in der Wohnung, das war für uns zum Glück kein Problem. "

"The house was as described, clean, easy to access to nearest towns. It was about 45 to 50 minutes to Hamburg. They had a lovely cat which treated as on our arrival and when we left. The house is on the river which made our holiday superb. We had our tea every morning in the garden. The house was warm, had a great bath and a modern kitchen."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a kitchenette with a cooktop, mini-fridge, sink, cabinet space with some pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Each floor has a washing room. The is a bus station near by, 3 grocery stores, a bakery. Not far from the airport either. "
