Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. 「Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.」

「The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal 」

「The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.」
