“Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,……

Check in was easy and the studio had everything we needed for a short break - no frills and basic but all you need. The main entrance needs some TLC as the hand rail came off in my hand which was quite dangerous and one of the stair edges came away - which again could be dangerous.”
