「The hotel is under some renovation with pool and fitness area while we were there. Otherwise everything was terrific!!」

The staff was great, specially Ms. Debbie, she kept the breakfast counter running.smooth and interacted with the guests making sure we were happy with the food and letting us know that she was there to assist us. It seems that Ms. Debbie is an excellent employee. I hope his employer realizes what a difference she made in the starting of the day of the guest.」

「Room was clean. But bed was dirty. Hallway was dirty. Room wasn't cleaned while we were staying there. Just not clean place」

「When i checked in the, woman in front of me was complaining of her room smelling and gentleman behind me said his room had no towels due to short staff and pool was broken. When i signed in they charged me an extra $50 for parking in their parking lot to stay in their hotel after I had paid expedia $800. Went to room with grandkids and the minute we walked in the smell hit us so hard. It smelled of pee. Went back down to desk immediately and the guy behind the desk said he would get febreeze....

「Do NOT believe the photos online. They are fake! And I don’t know where the 5-star reviews are coming from. This is NOT a hotel, and there’s nothing “Inn and Suites” about it. It is a run down, dilapidated, poorly maintained MOtel, desperately in need of either demolition or a makeover. We had reserved two nights and left after one.」

「Loved the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Only downside was breakfast. Not very good and no healthy choices. Room very clean and hallways always smell amazing and are clean. Will definitely stay again!!」

「The staff were amazing and was very helpful! Had a small dog with us and they had treats for her and had little station's outside with doggy bags for when she needed to go. The rooms were very clean, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was great. Even had a make your own waffle station. The fitness room was nice as well, even had a yogo mat, with thing to sanitize anything you use!」

「I was never more miserable in a motel! My grandson and I were assigned a cabin UNDER that assigned to a VERY noisy family! The floor insulation was practically non-existent, and for two days, when we were in our room, we heard their CONSTANT thumping back and forth (with creaks galore), PLUS they constantly moved furniture. The noise went on until 10 pm both of the nights we stayed (we booked 3, but...), and started again at 6 am. Naturally, we complained, but to no avail. After two nights of...
