「Host was great, communicated well throughout. Property was very clean, spacious andexceptionally comfortable. We could walk to restaurants. We attended Rose Bowl parade and it turned out to be very convenient for that event. It's also close to Huntington gardens and museums. We landed in a good place in this condo! 」

「Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. 」

「Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans.
Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.」

「The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in.
The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all.
Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy.
Do not book this room, you will get scammed.
I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day.
If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay.
