Dubai Coast Pet-friendly Hotel

"The hotel operates an ATM that is known for accepting international Cards, but capturing cards. This happened to me on the first day. When I reported it, they said it had happened to others before as well. If that's the case, why is the ATM still located in the hotel? We were told we would get a luxury room with a sea view.
