Found the property on Vrbo, who have been supportive and helpful. The property itself is managed by First Class property management UAE, they were less than helpful and the one month stay was marred by AC issues and AC engineers coming every other day for three weeks of the stay. AC needed maintenance before we arrive. The flat next door had construction maintenance work with noise every week day. Make sure you enquire about cleaning . For the whole month we had to clean our own property or pay five hundred aed per cleaning day . Cleaning not included, check it before you book. Property manager was responsive but many times could not help . Finally when the complaint was lodged we were just dismissed . Thank you for your feedback , sorry about the hassle but no compensation no goodwill gesture. I actually had to look up and contact the directors on social media to get the support team to respond . The location is great , pool is nice , shame about the noise and AC . But if I rent a property for a month for a family holiday, i expect to enjoy it and not deal with maintenance guys, noise and clean the property myself.
